One tap moves everything.One loop.

Muscle Bvll is an AI nutrition and training system. Log food and lifts in a tap; its AI reads your weigh-ins, photos, and recovery, proposes the change — you accept, and the whole plan moves.

What's inside the loop

01 / NUTRITION
  • Log by text, photo, label, or voice — the AI structures it.
  • Plan from your staples to your macros; one tap to log, one click to repeat or swap.

How it works

PROGRESS ANALYSIS
  • It reads: photos, weigh-ins, measurements, nutrition, training, and recovery.
  • From your photo: body fat %, muscle symmetry, and your Fat-Free Mass Index. Where you stand, right now, against your natural potential.
  • Between analyses: the growth you achieved is compared, so the biggest gains and stalls are named muscle by muscle.

Accountability
$100–200/mo

That's $450–900/mo for the same job, all of it in one app for $25/mo.

Common questions

Who is Muscle Bvll for?

Lifters who want muscle — with a system behind it. Nutrition, training, and body tracking in one place, plus an AI that reads your progress and moves the plan. You bring the effort; it runs the plan.

How fast is logging, really?

Food is a line or a photo — type it, say it, or snap it and the AI structures it. Your workout is already the day's brief, so a set is one tap. Bring your own program or meals as-is.

How does the AI actually adapt?

It reads what you log and track, then proposes one specific change at a time. A weigh-in re-reads your real maintenance and proposes a new calorie target; a rough week pauses a lift's climb, so it repeats instead. Accept a recommendation and macros, meals, and training move together. Every change is logged.

What does it connect to?

Apple Health, Health Connect, and Oura — your watch, ring, and scale feed the loop:

HRV and sleep shape today's training: the climb pauses when you're under-recovered and pushes on when you're primed.

Your watch's measured calories replace the workout estimate, so nothing is double-counted.

Weight logs itself when your scale syncs — your trend and calorie target stay current.

Photo and scale body-fat readings blend into one number for your body model and protein target — and your manual entry always wins.

Does it change my plan behind my back?

You decide. It proposes every change, and nothing moves until you accept. Auto-apply, if you turn it on, handles only small, high-confidence nudges — each with one-tap undo. Everything stays overridable.

How does training progress — and can I change it?

Double progression, run for you: it climbs your reps, then adds weight in real plate jumps, with dropsets, supersets, and auto-deloads. Log a hard top set and it recomputes your training max. Reshape it in plain words anytime.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes — your first 10 logs are free, no card. Then it's $25/month, everything included. Log a few meals and a workout, watch the AI work, then decide.

Where can I use it, and is my data mine?

Any browser, a Windows desktop, and Mac and iOS apps — one account, all in sync (Android's on the way). Your data is yours: export food, lifts, weight, measurements, and recovery to CSV anytime from Settings.
